Install

Both apps install via the same TestFlight workflow.

You need

• An iPhone (iOS 16.2 or later).
• An invite email from Carl with the subject line “TestFlight Invitation”.
• For MyLoop With Watch: an Apple Watch paired to your iPhone (watchOS 10 or later).

Steps

1. Open the email on your iPhone (not on a Mac or iPad).
2. Tap the “View in TestFlight” button in the email.
3. If you don’t already have the TestFlight app, the App Store opens. Install TestFlight (it’s free, by Apple), then return to the email and tap the link again.
4. In TestFlight, tap “Accept” for the app, then “Install”.
5. Wait for the download (~30–60 seconds).
6. Tap “Open” to launch the app.
7. When prompted, grant HealthKit permissions for the data the app needs.

For MyLoop With Watch only

After the iPhone install completes, the watch app pushes to your paired Apple Watch automatically. This takes 1–3 minutes.

To confirm: open the Watch app on your iPhone → scroll to “Available Apps” or “Installed on Apple Watch” → look for MyLoop With Watch. If it’s listed under “Available”, tap Install.

A note on TestFlight invites

TestFlight invites expire after 90 days. If your install link no longer works, ask Carl to re-invite — the app you’ve already installed keeps running in the meantime.
